Extend the submission due date to 11/17/2025 at 3PM EST. Below are the questions from interested vendors: Question: For the filter boxes, how many grooves are needed? The option is 2 or 4. It does not specify. Answer: 4 are needed. Question: As for the pocket filters, how many pockets are needed? It is missing in the specification also. Answer: Pockets depend on filter size. Question: I notice they are a… (show all)
sking for replaceable filter media. Can they advise what type of filters they are looking for? Answer: The Government doesn't have a replaceable filter option. (section bat-f1 or g1 for example). This is removed from the description; the Government wants to replace filters not components of filters. See excel spreadsheet dated 11-10-25. Question: For filter bat-f1, are they sure they need it 12 deep and not 1 ? Answer: 12 bag filter. This has been revised in the description. See revised excel spreadsheet dated 11-10-25. Question: Is the filter size for BAT-F1 correct? Should it be 24 x 12 x 2 instead of 24 x 12 x 12? Answer: They are 24x12x12. Please see the attached revised excel spreadsheet dated 11-10-25. Question: The following are not active part numbers: 40880003 TA16202N TA22.75261E F4072031714 F4072032221 F4072040661 Is it acceptable to substitute if the filter description is the same as the previous part numbers? Basically, same filters with updated part numbers. Answer: Please see the revised excel spreadsheet dated 11-10-25. It is acceptable to substitute. Question: On the worksheet that these filters are all Camfil filters. Is this quote only for Camfil filters or will you accept alternatives? Answer: The program office used Camfil as a basis for design, however the requirement is not restricted to Camfil brand only; any brand(s) that meets the requirements laid out in the solicitation will be considered. Question: Is there a more detailed price schedule or what is listed under supplies/services is how pricing should be submitted? If so, is there an option for monthly billing since the unit is lot and quantity of one? Answer: It is the Government s preference for pricing to be submitted in accordance with the table under the Supplies/Services section of the solicitation. However, interested vendors may propose an alternate pricing structure for consideration. The vendor can submit monthly invoices _________________________________________________________________________________ Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
- $JCI reported $22.3B revenue in FY2025. The median single-winner award in these 9 past awards, $162K, is under 0.1% of that. 10-K
One award's total value against one year of revenue; many awards are paid over several years.
