On page 7, where it lists out the sums of perimeters shown on drawings there are only 29, but the number of roof top labels that are in the scope are about 50. Can you clarify this? If I am understanding this right, we only selected 29 roofs for now because we don t have the budget to complete all 50. R104 is listed on the drawing, but nowhere on the bid doc. y this? It may be under a a different number like 216. I think we do not have that rood on there to be done anyways. Where is the Women s Health Building ? Women s health is the building across the street from the hospital. Next to the patient parking garage. I don t believe this is on the work order to do. Building R702 looks like there is already guardrail on the building when I look at it on Eagle view, yet it is still in the scope. Can you clarify if guardrail is needed? Yes this is guard railed so it does not need to be in scope

Value counts new single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling (same contract, or the same office, day and amount); that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Contract modifications are not new awards and are not added in either. Notices whose amount is a placeholder such as $999,999,999 are not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings.
- $JCI reported $24.4B revenue (12 months to Mar 31, 2026). The median single-winner award in these 9 past awards, $418K, is under 0.1% of that. SEC filing
One award's total value against one year of revenue; many awards are paid over several years.

Materiality: one award's value as a share of the winner's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings (or its last fiscal year, as noted when you point at it). Low under 1%, Medium 1 to 5%, High 5% or more. Many awards are paid over several years, so this overstates a single year's share.
