If Nine3Six Solutions serves as the prime contractor and utilizes a qualified roofing inspection subcontractor to perform the on-site technical inspection services, does the solicitation require the prime contractor to maintain the insurance specified in the solicitation, or would the subcontractor's insurance satisfy that requirement for the services they perform? Answer: Yes, the prime contractor shall maintain the required insurance and not the subcontractor. RFI #25 Question: Lastly, I noticed Attachment VAAR 852.219-75 (Limitations on Subcontracting Certificate).
