This Multiple-Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract is established to provide the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its Components with Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) capabilities to address evolving threats posed by unauthorized or malicious unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). onducted using the procedures and policies in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Where necessary, the procedures in FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation apply. However, if the policies in FAR Part 15 are inconsistent with Part 12, the language in FAR Part 12 takes precedence. In accordance with (IAW) FAR subpart 12.603, Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Procedures, shall be utilized in support of the subject solicitation.
