Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Defense Logistics Agency is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify an interest in and the resources to support requirements for the Slide, Escape, Aircraft under the 4240-class code (NSN � 4240-01-075-6640) The requirements are sole sourced to Air Cruisers Company, LLC (CAGE � 70167) with Part Number - 16D22231-103. Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation nor is this notice a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP).
