What the notice says

Amendment 0008: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify shipping and material terms subject to inquiry. The solicitation due date is extende3d to August 25th at 0800 MT. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Timber is not a qualifying substitute. CLIN 0011 Shipping Address: Rob Jabbers CG: 1612 NM-220, Fort Stanton, NM 88323 CLIN 0020, 0030 Shipping Address: Socorro Field Office, 901 South Highway 85, Socorro, NM 87801-4168 Amendment 0007: The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to submitted questions: 1. Snow and Wind Design Criteria: The specifications state that t… (show all)

he structures must meet site-specific snow and wind load criteria, while the actual ground snow load and wind speed values are left to be determined by site specific design. Please confirm whether the contractor/manufacturer is responsible for determining these site-specific design loads through its licensed engineer, or whether BLM will provide the required design values. A1. This amendment hereby modifies requirements 4 & 5 of the attached specification to remove CUSTOM wind and snow load requirements. Wind and snow load requirements shall be based on building codes applicable to the delivery locations. 2. Delivery Schedule: The solicitation establishes a delivery date of October 30, 2026. Please confirm whether all required shelters must be delivered and accepted by this date and whether partial or phased deliveries are permitted. A2. The delivery due date for all items is 01/31/2027 3. Scope of Work: Please confirm that the contractors scope is limited to furnishing, transporting, and offloading the Rob Jaggers Campground shelters, including the required engineered drawings, foundation/footing design, and installation instructions. The specifications require the manufacturer to provide engineered drawings and foundation/footing design, and state that the contractor is responsible for offloading. Please confirm that field erection, concrete foundations/footings, anchoring, and final installation are not included in the contractors scope. A3. This is correct... Supply delivery and tech data only Amendment 0006: In response to a vendor submitted question: Q1. The summary and coating paragraph indicate 24 shelters, while the post/upright color paragraph indicates 27. Page 1 also includes a Quantity: 8 Total reference. Could you please confirm the total number of shelters we should use for pricing purposes? A1. The requirement is for the following quantities. Any inconsistencies to volume shall be clarified to the following. CLIN 00011: 10 ft x 10 ft prefabricated Steel Pavilion, 24 each, Rob Jaggers Campground (incl freight) CLIN 00020: 20 FT X 20 FT prefabricated Steel Pavilion, 1 each, Datil Campground CLIN 00030: 16 FT X 16 FT prefabricates Steel Pavilion, 4 each, Datil Campground CLIN 00040: Freight costs allocable to Datil Campground Amendment 0005: The purpose of this modification is to clarify prior question and answer. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. 3. Post/Upright Quantity: Under the coating requirements, the specifications reference color selection for the "24 each 10' x 10'" post/uprights, while the procurement is for 24 shelters. Please confirm that this is a typographical error and that the requirement applies to all posts/uprights associated with the 24 shelters. RE: Datil Well CG Shelters ONLY Minimum Specifications: Quantity of 5 (five) as specified: 1. Length x Width -20 feet x 20 feet to roofline (1 each): all steel, square, hip roof shelters 2. Length x Width - 16 feet x 16 feet to roofline (4 each): all steel, square, hip roof shelters RFO: Rob Jaggers Faciltiy requires quantity of 24 Each. Total = 24 10 x 10 (RFO NCA) + 5 (SFO Datil CG) = 29 total to 2 different locations Amendment 0004: The purpose of this modification is to provide the below questions and answers. 1. Snow and Wind Loads: The specifications state that the ground snow load and wind speed loading are to be determined by site-specific design(by manufacturer), but the required PSF and MPH values are blank. Can BLM provide the required ground snow load and design wind speed for the Rob Jaggers Campground location? RE: Datil Well CG Shelters ONLY these values are blank as a requirement of the building manufacturer to calculate and provide in the response to this solicitation. These values need to be based on the site-specific locations, as provided and current building codes. BLM does not have the expertise to determine wind and snow load and that is why BLM is requiring those structural loads to be calculated by the building manufacturer. RFO: Manufacture will have to use any national or local codes for load and wind specifications. 2. Applicable Building Code: The specification references "2018 IBC, or newer." Can BLM confirm the specific edition of the IBC and any locally applicable amendments that should be used for the engineered shelter and foundation designs? RE: Datil Well CG Shelters ONLY the Building Codes, as specified in the SOW, shall be determined by the manufacturer literally as 2018 IBC or newer, which the building manufacturers must be capable to determine and show compliance with. These values are based on the provided site-specific locations and the most current building codes. BLM does not have the expertise to determine these and that is why BLM is requiring code compliance to be determined by the building manufacturer. This response applies to both shelter and foundation design. RFO: Concur with the above statement. Total = 24 (RFO NCA) + 5 (SFO Datil CG) = 29 total to 2 different locations 4. Delivery vs. Installation: Please confirm that this procurement is for manufacture and delivery only, and that installation, excavation, concrete foundations/footings, anchor installation, and shelter erection will be performed by others. The specifications require engineered foundation drawings and anchor templates but do not expressly state that the contractor is responsible for construction/installation. RE: Datil Well CG Shelters ONLY Exactly as the Specifications indicate this procurement is for manufacture and delivery only. There will be absolutely no installation, excavation, concrete foundations/footings, anchor installation, since the shelter erection will be performed later by others. Vendor must follow delivery instructions. RFO: Same as above. 5. Offloading: The specifications state that the contractor is responsible for offloading and that site conditions will require an off-road forklift or equivalent machine. Can BLM confirm whether the contractor must furnish and operate the off-road forklift/telehandler at delivery, with no Government-furnished unloading equipment available? RE: Datil Well CG Shelters ONLY BLM will offload if the required advanced notice is provided. Vendor must follow delivery instructions. RFO: Contractor will need to provide offloading services of the above mentioned equipment. 6. Delivery Date: The solicitation identifies October 30, 2026 as the delivery date. Please confirm whether all 24 (29 in this combined Solicitation) shelters must be delivered in a single shipment by October 30, or whether phased/partial deliveries prior to October 30 are acceptable. RE: Datil Well CG Shelters ONLY The shelters can be delivered as either

Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
