All requests for clarification and quotation must be submitted via e-mail to contract specialist no later than the closing date. (See page 21 Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services of solicitation) The Government reserves the right to consider only those quotes that adhere to the instructions provided in the solicitation.
