Fort Belvoir, VA, intends to award a new sole-source, single-award Enterprise Contract (EC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Pegasystems Inc. (CAGE Code: 42TM8, UEID: ZLJNJG6DRZJ5). The proposed contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". This procurement is to establish a Department of War (DoW)-wide licensing vehicle to provide proprietary Pega Software Enterprise Subscriptions (including the Pega Government Platform), direct OEM Tier-3 premium technical support, and specialized OEM professional services. These capabilities support critical enterprise business process management, low-code application development, case management, and acquisition modernization across the U.S. Army. Therefore, the Government intends to procure this requirement on a sole-source basis directly from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Pegasystems Inc. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. However, all responsible sources who believe they can meet the full enterprise-wide scope of this requirement may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of market research. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
- $APPN reported $545.4M revenue in FY2025. The median single-winner award in these 4 past awards, $440.6M, is 81% of that. 10-K
- $ACN reported $64.1B revenue in FY2025. The median single-winner award in these 4 past awards, $440.6M, is 0.7% of that. 10-K
- $PLTR reported $2.2B revenue in FY2025. The median single-winner award in these 4 past awards, $440.6M, is 20% of that. 10-K
One award's total value against one year of revenue; many awards are paid over several years.

Materiality: one award's value as a share of the winner's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings (or its last fiscal year, as noted when you point at it). Low under 1%, Medium 1 to 5%, High 5% or more. Many awards are paid over several years, so this overstates a single year's share.
