What the notice says

The U.S. Army Contracting Command Rock Island (ACC-RI) plans to award a Decentralized, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract has a PoP over a ten-year period (December 2025 to December 2035), and it aims to establish an Enterprise Agreement (EA) for Appian-related contracts utilized Army-wide while supporting the Program Executive Office (PEO) Enterprise, Digital Market. The EA will encompass Appians low-code application development platform licenses, maintenance, support services, and cloud services. Importantly, this agreement will … (show all)

NOT include any subsequent services related to the implementation of Appian licenses. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), this requirement is available from only one source, as the Army has confirmed that there is only one DoD distributor for the full suite of Appian licenses. This consolidation is vital to maintain mission-critical capabilities and streamline procurement processes, addressing existing contract expirations and inefficiencies. This EA will facilitate streamlined modifications and task orders under a unified set of instructions and terms, significantly reducing administrative overhead and procurement timelines.

Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.

Investor context
  • $ACN reported $64.1B revenue in FY2025. The median single-winner award in these 3 past awards, $400.7M, is 0.6% of that. 10-K
  • $PLTR reported $2.2B revenue in FY2025. The median single-winner award in these 3 past awards, $400.7M, is 18% of that. 10-K

One award's total value against one year of revenue; many awards are paid over several years.

Latest awards

Materiality: one award's value as a share of the winner's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings (or its last fiscal year, as noted when you point at it). Low under 1%, Medium 1 to 5%, High 5% or more. Many awards are paid over several years, so this overstates a single year's share.
