The contract is a $423M FEMA project grant to the New Mexico Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, covering pandemic-related emergency protective measures such as medical care, sheltering, and vaccine administration through September 2026. The recipient is a state government agency, not a publicly traded company, and no parent or subsidiary relationship exists with any public entity.
