The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238990 with an associated small business size standard of $19M. Description of Services: The Department of Interior (BOR) require delivery date for an automated vehicular main entrance at the Pleasant Grove Office (PGMB)capable of reliably controlling entry and exit and fully securing the existing driveway/entrance. Installation, testing, commissioning, and training shall be performed by the contractor at the Governments destination. Statement of Objectives (SOO) 1. Purpose The purpose of this requirement is to provide an automated vehicular main entrance at the Pleasant Grove Office (PGMB) that reliably controls entry and exit and fully closes the existing driveway/entrance. The objective is to install a gate solution that integrates with the site's existing access-control infrastructure; card/badge readers and exit loop/coil, supports safe daily operations, and improves security. In addition to providing AHJ-approved emergency responder access at the new automated main entrance gate, the contractor shall standardize emergency responder access across the site by retrofitting two existing automated access gates with Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)-approved emergency access key switches or equivalent devices. Each emergency access device shall be integrated with the respective gate operator control circuit to provide immediate emergency opening without replacement of Government access-control components and without defeating required gate safety functions. 2. Background The mission of the Bureau of Reclamation is to manage, develop, and protect water and related resources in an environmentally and economically sound manner in the interest of the American public. The mission of the Provo Area Office is to carry out this mission by supporting safe, reliable facility operations and daily activities at PGMB. This acquisition will deliver a complete gate solution that integrates with existing site infrastructure, including an existing electrical power source near the main entrance, installed card and badge readers for credentialed entry, and an existing loop/coil sensor that allows motor vehicles to exit the facility, and will standardize emergency responder access across all automated vehicular gates at PGMB. The main vehicular entrance is approximately forty feet (40 feet) wide. For planning purposes, the Government anticipates that approximately twenty-five feet (25 feet) of the entrance will be served by an automated vehicular gate, with approximately fifteen feet (15 feet) of chain-link infill tying into the existing fence line to close the remaining portion. These dimensions are approximate. Offerors shall verify field dimensions and site conditions and may propose the final gate configuration necessary to achieve the required security, access-control, safety, aesthetic, and operational outcomes. The current main entrance configuration has two individual gate leaves that are twenty feet (20 feet) each. To improve security and daily operations, the Government seeks a secure, access-controlled solution that closes the entrance and blends seamlessly with the existing chain-link fencing. For purposes of this requirement, security means controlling vehicular and personnel access to the facility, restricting unauthorized entry under normal operating conditions, maintaining reliable closure of the entrance, and integrating with the existing access control system. Existing Conditions and Key Constraints: Aesthetic Continuity: Maintaining a clean, durable chain-link aesthetic that matches the existing fence visual continuity in pattern, alignment, and finish is required. Height Matching: Matching the existing fence height at the tie-in location. Access Integration: Integrating the new gate operator with the existing entry and exit access control system. Safety and Reliability: Providing safe, reliable automation with entrapment protection, manual release, and commissioning proper operation. Site Disruption: Minimize impact to staff, visitors, and ongoing site activities during installation. Environmental Design: Designing the assembly for local wind and snow conditions. Sustainability and Warranty: Provide maintainable equipment, warranty coverage, and Operations and Maintenance manuals. 3. Scope Offerors shall propose and furnish a complete entrance gate solution for the Bureau of Reclamations PGMB that achieves the outcomes identified in Section 4.0. The scope includes the overall management and integration of the work necessary to deliver a secure, access-controlled, automated entrance. Offerors will define their means and methods in their proposed Performance Work Statement. The solution shall close the existing entrance, which is approximately forty feet (40 feet) wide, using an automated vehicular gate solution serving approximately twenty-five feet (25 feet) of the entrance together with approximately fifteen feet (15 feet) of chain-link infill tying into the existing fence line, subject to field verification. Offerors shall determine the final dimensions, configuration, and means and methods necessary to achieve complete entrance closure. Integrate with the site's existing card and badge readers for credentialed entry and with the existing exit loop or coil sensor for automatic egress. Utilize the existing electrical power source, subject to field verification of voltage, circuit capacity, and suitability. Maintain a clean, durable chain-link aesthetic that matches or complements the existing fence and height; and support reliable daily operations under local wind and snow conditions while minimizing disruption during installation. The work shall include dismantling and removal of the existing main entrance gate leaves and associated hardware as required to install the new system. All removed gate materials shall be lawfully disposed of offsite. Existing fence, access-control components, utilities, and other features designated to remain shall be protected from damage. The new automated entrance gate shall include an AHJ-approved means of emergency responder access integrated with its gate operator. In addition, the contractor shall retrofit two existing automated access gates at PGMB with AHJ-approved emergency access key switches or equivalent devices. The emergency access work shall include all required interface components, wiring, conduit, labeling, enclosures, and mounting hardware. Each device shall be integrated directly with the respective gate operator control circuit to allow immediate opening by emergency responders while maintaining applicable UL 325 safety requirements. The contractor shall coordinate device type, mounting location, and installation details with the Fire Code Official and obtain all required approvals prior to installation. Emergency access at the new gate and the two existing automate

Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
