FOB Destination of all supplies with an anticipated delivery date of October 30, 2025. It is anticipated the simplified acquisition set aside will be a Total Small Business with Tradeoff evaluation criteria. It is anticipated the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on or about 14 May 2025 via the SAM.gov website. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the SAM.gov web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments. The product service code is 5975 and the NAICS code is 335999. HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotations are not requested and will not be accepted from this Pre-Solicitation Notice. It is required all companies are to be actively registered in SAM.gov prior to submitting a quotation for this solicitation.
