This market research is limited to whether Option 4 should remain firm-fixed-price or use a fixed-price incentive successive targets (FPIS) approach. ----- Important framing for respondents. This request does not indicate that the Government has selected an incentive contract type. Responses will help asse… (show all)

Please refer to the previously posted draft RFP for more information on the features of work included in the base and options. ---- Feedback shall be provided via email to NESPLock25Project@usace.army.mil AND whitney.r.dee@usace.army.mil with subject line CLIN STRUCTURE FEEDBACK for W912P926RA004. Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
