What the notice says
The NVARNG Purchasing and Contracting Division, on behalf of the 991 Aviation BN, requires a replacement of a fuel farm motor, pump, and meter to pull fuel from the underground tanks into refueling vehicles. Previous damage to the fuel farms Scully switch and bypass of the safeguards on it placed undue stress on the motor, pump and meter, which have failed. The motor or pump have seized and the fuel farm is unable to deliver fuel from the tanks into the HEMTT refueler vehicles. Please refer to the attached "PWS- Fuel Farm Pumps and Motor Replacement" for a full description of the requirment. … (show all)

Value counts new single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling (same contract, or the same office, day and amount); that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Contract modifications are not new awards and are not added in either. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings.
