All work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 20 May 2026 and will be executed as Firm-Fixed-Price contract.This acquisition is a 100 percent Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors), which carries a size standard of $19.0 million. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is J041. Offerors must clearly identify their business size status within their quotations to be considered eligible for award. NOTICE TO OFFERORS - The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses and/or provisions by reference with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
