Vendors capable of providing the stated supplies may submit a capability statement. Verbal responses will not be acknowledged or considered. Responses are due no later than September 8, 2026, at 8:00 am (MDT). A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
