UPDATE: 5 August 2026, The PPA is providing an updated to the Open Season Notice. While the application deadline remains 7 August 2026, the deadline to provide documentation related exclusively to the financial requirements described in the DP3 TSP Qualifications (2.20.1 through 2.20.6.2) is extended to NLT 2359 on 8 September 2026. Failure to meet the 8 September 2026 deadline will result in the immediate termination of the TSP�s Open Season application.
