The contractor shall ensure the system operates properly and safely while minimizing disruptions and inconveniences to users until the next scheduled maintenance. Repairs made during scheduled preventive maintenance are considered any repairs consistent with normal wear and tear of compressor and dryer operation. If the contractor identifies conditions that require work beyond normal preventive maintenance, the contractor shall treat that work as non-routine maintenance and proceed in accordance with the PWS.
