NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 541519 Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRLRIZ), WPAFB, OH contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by RFO 12.201-2 to Locked Core Tech LLC. discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any responses should be e-mailed to the buyer at EMAIL no later than 25 September 2026 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Only responses received by this date will be considered. All questions should be directed to the buyer at michael.hornberger.1@us.af.mil. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads �DI Instrument Manager Middleware� Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe, or .zip files).
