The authority permitting this sole source acquistion wothout full and open competition is perscribed by FAR 6.302-1, Gravitec System Inc is the only Coast Guard APPROVED pROVIDER OF THIS TRAINING. This notice serves as a Notice of Intent to award a contract and is not a reqeust for proposals or quotations. No request for capability briefings will be considered. A solicitation package will not be posted apublicly and requests for copies of the solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowleged.
