The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Shiprock Service Unit located in Shiprock, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price award with Nihon Kohden America, LLC (UEI: EJLPACMPZUE5). Nihon Kohden America, LLC is the only vendor capable of providing performance care and repair services to the existing Nihon Kohden patient monitoring system currently installed at the facility. The notice is not a solicitation or request for offers. Vendors capable of providing the stated services may submit a capability statement. Verbal responses will not be considered. Responses are due September 16, 2026, by 9:00 am MDT. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
