Award
Not yet. Typical award: Oct 1, 2026 to Jan 22, 2027, middle of the range Nov 5, 2026.
Measured from 32 past solicitations at Dept of the Air Force with NAICS 336413 that later posted an award (middle half of cases, counted from Jul 10, 2026).
Responses are due Nov 2, 2026, so an award before then is unlikely; past cases include short solicitations.

The US Air Force needs an updated Fuel System (FS), Flight Display System (FDS), and Flight Computer due to obsolescence and is looking for innovative ideas to not only replace but improve these systems with turn-key solutions enabling supportability and future growth. The FS, FDS, Flight Computer, and the future growth/adaptability define the scope of the CCR program. The program scope also includes the addition of autothrottle systems. The anticipated contract will be a Cost-Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) for EMD, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for Production and Deployment (P&D), single award indefinite delivery/quantity type contract comprised of One (1) 48-month Base Period with Six (6) 1-Year Option Periods and a projected period of performance from July 2028 to June 2038. Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.

Investor context
  • $RTX reported $68.9B revenue in FY2025. The median single-winner award in these 38 past awards, $1.7M, is under 0.1% of that. 10-K
  • $BA reported $77.8B revenue in FY2025. The median single-winner award in these 38 past awards, $1.7M, is under 0.1% of that. 10-K

One award's total value against one year of revenue; many awards are paid over several years.
