DAR-400 contains encrypted MCS, MSS, IPEC and GS data, a failure would directly impact operations and data security. General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) has notified us that the DAR-400 will not be able to support or upgrade to changing NSA requirements. SCOPE: To execute the installation and integration of the obsolescence resolution for the mission-critical E-3G DAR-400 to prevent mission impact.
