NAICS 561210 Facilities Support Services. Specifically, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to award a logical follow-on sole-source purchase order to The Building People (TBP) to build upon and continue the interior design service support work utilizing and re-configuring the IBM TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) for the administration, configuration, and support services at USPTO Headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia and other USPTO facilities. TBP are currently in the process of customizing and adjusting the USPTOs IBM TRIRIGA platform to meet USPTO-specific business requirements, including system configuration, module development, report and dashboard creation, user support, and integration with USPTO design, space planning and occupancy management operations.
