Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS Code is 611420 with a size standard of $16,000,000 and the Product/Service Code is U099.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation portal at https://piee.eb.mil by 24 July 2026. All responses received by 24 July 2026 at 1200 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM).
