Amendment 0001 - Revised the Statement of Work (SOW) and incorporated Wage Determination WA20250109 dated 18 July 2025. Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport is requesting proposals for two (2) Emergency Eyewash stations to be installed in Bldg. 38/233. The eyewash stations are to meet or exceed American National Standards Institute (ANSI) safety requirements for tepid water. is project will require the contractor to tie into existing water supply lines and waste water lines. Install new hot water supply lines, thermostatic mixing valves or equivalent product, check valves, isolation valves, and pipping insulation. Install backflow prevention and check valves in waste water system. Provide all other, items, components, and equipment so that the project is all inclusive and ready for use upon completion. This requirement is for non-commercial services in accordance with FAR 13.1. The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price construction type contract. The solicitation number for this requirement is N0025325Q0015. The performance location will be at Naval Base Kitsap - Keyport, WA. The target award date is August 15, 2025. The NAICS code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.0 Million.
