ciprocating Conveyor (VRC) located on the Dry Dock at PHNSY & IMF. The proposed contract action intends to solicit from only one source. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Technical Warrant Holder (TWH) has formally determined that only the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) possesses the proprietary engineering data and specialized drawings required to provide repair services for this equipment. Ducworks is the original manufacturer who owns the proprietary design drawings for the damaged VRC, and is unable to share these drawings with other contractors. Market research also confirms the OEM does not license or authorize any third-party providers to perform this service. This notice of intent is not a formal request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will be issued to the intended source after the expiration of this notice. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested parties must demonstrate their ability to meet the Government's strict technical and safety requirements (including access to OEM proprietary data) by submitting documentation electronically to the Contracting Specialist at colby.m.teruya.civ@us.navy.mil and Contracting Officer at lyndon.g.paloma.civ@us.navy.mil no later than the response date and time specified above. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
