The proposed contract action identified above are those for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, ''Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements." Pole Zero is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and is the only supplier that has the requisite knowledge of AIU and Comm Tray fleet product sufficient to develop modifications and integrate improvements. The Government does not possess adequate license rights to the required technical data package necessary to support a competitive procurement to fulfill the requirements described herein. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may, however, identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing of this synopsis. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
