341 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by September 05, 2025. Evaluation factors may include: Qualifications of the Vendor, technical capability, and approach in order to meet the government�s requirement as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
