on. A sole source FFP contract was awarded to Monaco Enterprises. Monaco is the original company that installed and upgraded the current Dispatch notification systems to the Windows 10 system in 2023. Monaco has the tools, parts, and manning necessary to complete this task for this proprietary system that other companies would not be able to provide. Other companies were considered to upgrade this system, but due to the system only being maintained and upgraded by Monaco other companies were not found. Monaco Enterprises, minimizes the risk of having to incur extra expenditures for failed upgrade or replacements that could worsen the current state of the system. (17) Place of Contract Performance. Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
- $FSS reported $1.7B revenue in FY2025. The median single-winner award in these 12 past awards, $43K, is under 0.1% of that. 10-K
One award's total value against one year of revenue; many awards are paid over several years.
