Description Notice of Intent to Sole Source Action: The Department of the Air Force intends to award a sole-source contract under FAR 6.302-1 / FAR 13.106-1(b) for the acquisition of a test antenna system and associated components. Requirement: The items must meet strict technical, mechanical, and operational interface specifications compatible with existing infrastructure. The Government does not own the proprietary technical data, software, or tooling required to compete this effort.
