Notice of Intent for Sole Source The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a firm-fixed-price commercial contract. This contract, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1 (b), will be with the International Justice and Public Safety Information Sharing Network. The purpose is to provide GSA Fleet with a secure connection. This connection will link the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS) and the Federal Motor Vehicle Registration System (FMVRS), which is housed within GSAFleet.gov.
