What the notice says

EFT requires UiPath licenses for DoD Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Program that allow individuals to quickly develop and maintain automations. The UiPath license renewal will continue the existing programs that are connected to the DoD RPA shared services platform, which is owned and managed by the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO). This requirement will ensure continued project operations on developing and maintaining automations for the DoD.

Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
