The sample shall be a fully assembled PMC Holder representative of the product the Quoter proposes to furnish under the resulting contract and shall meet the specifications identified in the SOW and Exhibits 1 3, including the Department of Veterans Affairs seal embossed in gold on the front cover. Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
