Include contract numbers, titles, locations, dollar amounts. Requirement The proposed contract action is for a firm-fixed-priced construction contract. This work consists of Full Depth reclamation of the existing roadway, aggregate surfacing and drainage. This project is located approximately 6 miles South of Silver Lake, OR. NAICS Code 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction apply to this procurement with a size standard of $45 million. The project is anticipated to go on advertisement in Winter 2027 with construction in Spring 2027. Estimated Price Range: Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Response: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should include all information requested in (a) through (h) above. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.
