purpose of this notice is to inform, educate, and introduce Joint Task Force Southern Border (JTF-SB), delineate its mission set and provide general visibility into its operational scope on Friday, 06 November 2026. The informational briefing will define the origin, mission, charter, and interagency role of JTF-SB; provide an open view into the day-to-day mission set, challenges, and multi-domain operational considerations along the southern border; and explain how JTF-SB approaches technical and operational system integration in support of Operation Ardent Vanguard. In this context, "gaining insight" means the government will share high-level overviews of its current operational environment, architectural frameworks, and interoperability objectives. It is intended to build shared understanding of JTF-SB's operational realities, rather than collect commercial solutions or establish procurement pipelines. Background & Mission Overview Operating within the Department of War (DoW), Joint Task Force Southern Border (JTF-SB) works to enhance situational awareness, cross-domain visibility, and tactical sensor integration along the southern border. Through iterative integration efforts supporting Operation Ardent Vanguard, JTF-SB seeks to streamline how commercial technologies and tactical data systems interoperate within a unified operational environment. The overarching goal is to reduce system fragmentation, accelerate cybersecurity onboarding, and improve real-time data sharing for the warfighter. Industry Informational Briefing Focus Areas During the Industry Informational Briefing, JTF-SB representatives will present information on three primary areas: Southern Border Mission Showcase: An overview of the JTF-SB mission, operational landscape, and general operational considerations along the southern border. Integration Sprints Overview: A high-level summary of what JTF-SB is working to accomplish through its iterative integration sprints supporting Operation Ardent Vanguard. Common Operational Picture (COP) Integration: An outline of our technical capabilities in integrating commercial capabilities and sensor feeds into a Unified Common Operational Picture, focusing on open architectures, standardized data interfaces, and cybersecurity onboarding frameworks. (Note: There will be an open question-and-answer period following the briefings, limited strictly to mission context, operational scope, and presented integration concepts. Contractual or business development inquiries will not be addressed.) Value counts new single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling (same contract, or the same office, day and amount); that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Contract modifications are not new awards and are not added in either (1 here). Notices whose amount is a placeholder such as $999,999,999 are not added in (1 here). Revenue next to a ticker is the company's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings.
Materiality: one award's value as a share of the winner's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings (or its last fiscal year, as noted when you point at it). Low under 1%, Medium 1 to 5%, High 5% or more. Many awards are paid over several years, so this overstates a single year's share.
For the 8 most frequent past winners above. Lobbying is matched by the company's exact name or exact ticker; agencies are as named on the filings.
Bills the past winners named while lobbying this agency's issues, rules from the department, and executive orders that name the agency, last 12 months.
For past winners matched exactly to a listed company. Insider trades are open-market buys and sells (Form 4) in the last 90 days, shown as facts; our own study found insiders do not reliably buy ahead of awards. A sale marked 10b5-1 was made under a trading plan set up in advance.
