The on-site services involve supplying, installing, and commissioning new Excitation Control Terminals (ECTs) for five (5) hydro units, updating system firmware, fixing a ground fault relay on one unit, removing abandoned wiring, and auditing the spare parts inventory. Following the fieldwork, delivery of detailed performance reports for each unit and provision of all specified new OEM parts with a full, standard warranty. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive proposal. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, and the information contained herein are subject to change or be eliminated from the requirement.
