What are the specifications/properties of the materials used for kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, and wall and floor tiles?. Answer: As already stated in the SOW, bidders are required to submit the technical specifications of the materials they intend to use for the project. 2. Answer: Debris and waste may be removed from the site during working hours, between 08:00 and 17:00. 4. The sink and faucet location in render contradicts with current site location. Could you please advise which one prevails? Answer: The location shown in the concept design shall be taken into consideration. 5. Could you please inform the brand and model of the refrigerator and dishwasher to collect the size information? Answer: The refrigerator will be a standard double-door refrigerator. The dishwasher will not be replaced; the existing standard dishwasher will remain in use. In addition, the dimensions of these appliances are not expected to have any impact on the project cost. 6. We intend to use Vitra/Kale brand antislip tiles. Could you please confirm if these local brands will be acceptable or if we will be required to use imported products? Answer: The proposed materials may be used provided that they comply with the technical specifications stated in the SOW. 7. Garbage disposer under sink and water treatment for the faucet will not be included in proposal. Could you please confirm? Answer: The garbage disposer under the sink and the water treatment system for the faucet will not be included in the scope of the proposal. 8. Spoon holder and knife holder are included in proposal. Could you please inform if there is any further need? Answer: No additional accessories or equipment are required beyond those already specified
