All references in the original solicitation and Statement of Work requiring more than one load bank shall be revised accordingly to reflect the requirement for one (1) 1000 kW Load Bank. Revised Quotation Due Date Offers Due: On or before September 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Local Time (Sri Lanka). Vendors shall submit their quotations by email to the address provided below on or before the revised due date and time. Prices should be duty free and VAT exempt. Payment Terms: Within 2�3 weeks upon satisfactory completion of services. For bids valued at $30,000.00 or above, vendors must possess an active SAM registration.
