sed Period of Performance is a 12-month Base Year beginning September 1, 2026, with four (4) subsequent 12-month option years. Justification for Sole Source: This requirement is sole-sourced under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Market research has determined that ASP is the only source capable of meeting the Government's needs due to the proprietary nature of the STERRAD diagnostic software, repair algorithms, and replacement parts required to service the equipment. Technical data packages for full and open competition are not available. This is a Notice of Intent and is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties who believe they are capable of providing the required manufacturer-certified maintenance may submit a capability statement in accordance with the instructions in the attached Notice of Intent document.
