Critical facility assets include certified graving docks or floating drydocks, heavy module fabrication shops, and gantry crane systems capable of lifting and translating major submarine modules. Qualified respondents must possess established quality management systems, mature non-destructive testing capabilities, and certified welding procedures for high-yield submarine-grade steels, advanced non-ferrous alloys, and specialized acoustic treatment installations. In order for responses to be reviewed, interested vendors should submit the completed assessment attached to this SAM.gov notice. Incomplete questionnaires will not be reviewed.
