rch, Development, Test and Evaluation, Follow-on Operational Test and Evaluation, Acceptance, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Japan testing on V-22 aircraft. Support shall consist of on-site support at Naval Air Station Patuxent River and Hurlburt Air Force Base and support from Bell and Boeing home office sites. The strategy of the V-22 flight test program is that HX-21 conducts all V-22 common projects, MV-22 projects, CMV-22 projects, and FMS Japan projects while the 413th only conducts tests that are specific to the CV-22. Both sites conduct a mix of projects associated with development, procurement, and sustainment efforts. This effort will be contracted as a five (5) year DO with a base years and four (4) option years. The planned award date is January of 2026. This action is being awarded on a sole source basis to the Bell Boeing Joint Program Office in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Bell Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the V-22 Tiltrotor aircraft and is the only known source that possesses the requisite knowledge and expertise required to perform this effort. Also, Bell Boeing is the only source that possesses the totality of engineering and technical data required to perform these efforts. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any capability statements received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. For possible subcontracting opportunities, please contact the Bell Boeing Joint Project Office.

Value counts new single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling (same contract, or the same office, day and amount); that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Contract modifications are not new awards and are not added in either. Notices whose amount is a placeholder such as $999,999,999 are not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings.

Investor context
  • $LMT reported $77.0B revenue (12 months to Jun 28, 2026). The median single-winner award in these 13 past awards, $4.6M, is under 0.1% of that. SEC filing

One award's total value against one year of revenue; many awards are paid over several years.

Latest awards

Materiality: one award's value as a share of the winner's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings (or its last fiscal year, as noted when you point at it). Low under 1%, Medium 1 to 5%, High 5% or more. Many awards are paid over several years, so this overstates a single year's share.

Companies are matched to tickers by exact name, including the subsidiaries a company lists in its SEC filings. A company we could not match shows no market rows; that is a miss, not a finding.
