dered. No partial awards will be made. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is 15F06726R0000146 as Unrestriced, Full and Open. This request is to procure 9mm Luger Ammunition in three (3) catergories: Service, Training, and Frangible. This solicitation incorporates some provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is {332992 - Small Arms Ammunition Manufacturing}. The FBI intends to make three (3) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) single award contracts - one IDIQ for each category of ammunition. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01. This requirement will be awarded on an all-or-none basis per category as a commercial product under the procedures at FAR Part 12, in conjunction with FAR part 15.
