What the notice says

The purpose of this request for information is to seek responses from interested vendors regarding a potential short-term commercial coworking space service contract for the Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program, which the agency anticipates that it may award in the summer of 2027. The projected period of performance start date is August 2, 2027. The agency seeks, in particular, responses from vendors that meet the requirements listed below. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) has been attached to this notice, which provides additional information on the required services. Responses… (show all)

should clearly indicate whether the vendor believes that it can meet all requirements. If it believes that it cannot, the vendor should specifically identify the requirements that it believes it can meet and those that it believes it cannot meet. Where possible, the vendor shall indicate and describe the particular property or properties that it believes would be suited to this contract, and the nature of its interest in that property (if any). The agency anticipates, in accordance with Department of the Air Force (DAF) Contract Policy Memo 24-C-10, that the PSC shall be X1AB (Lease/Rental of Conference Space and Facilities) and the NAICS shall be 531120. Note that this service contract, if awarded, will be in full accordance with the requirements set forth in the memo. Property Management: The contractor shall provide an environment that meets the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement. It shall be approximately within a 6-mile radius of the Concord Town House, 22 Monument Square, Concord, MA (with the approximate coordinates being 4227'40.1"N 7120'55.0"W). (The agency may consider an environment outside of this 6-mile radius if it determines that it is in its best interest to do so.) It shall have roughly 30,000 square feet of office space; it shall contain 190 or more workstations, 6 to 8 private office pods or booths (each of a size sufficient to accommodate one individual), 4 small collaborative spaces (each of a size sufficient to accommodate up to 6 individuals), a commercial lactation pod, and 6 to 8 meeting rooms, with a personnel range of 151-175 individuals when fully operational, and potentially 176-200 individuals to meet future programmatic demands. It shall have a break area/dining area and a shared kitchen area that meet the requirements specified in the PWS. The parking lot or garage shall have a capacity sufficient for all personnel. Within the coworking space, the contractor shall provide a dedicated, private, exclusive fully enclosed office for the operational use of authorized DAF personnel, which meets the security, structural, and other specifications listed in the PWS. IT Support and Maintenance Services: The vendor shall provide IT support for the coworking spaces workstations and conference equipment. It shall provide on-site technical support staffing. It shall monitor the equipment and the IT infrastructure to ensure that equipment is free from defects, that equipment is operable, and that connectivity is maintained. If the vendor observes any actual or potential information security violations in the course of providing this support, it shall report them to the Government Security Manager. Administrative and Janitorial Services: The vendor shall ensure that restrooms are restocked and maintained, that the shared kitchen and kitchen appliances are maintained, that shared kitchen supplies are restocked (including the restocking of the commercial coffee machine and beverage dispenser), that meeting rooms, open seating areas, and other elements of the coworking space are maintained, shall provide front desk staffing, and shall otherwise administer the coworking space in accordance with commercial practices and with agency-specific needs. Software Licenses, Collaboration Licenses, Network Services, Power/Utility Services, and Commercial Wi-Fi: The contractor shall provide these services in accordance with the PWS. Hardware and Enclosures: The contractor shall install and maintain contractor-owned or contractor-leased hardware and equipment (e.g. printers) and shall install and maintain government-owned hardware and equipment (e.g. large-format displays and computer monitors) in accordance with the PWS. It shall permit the installation of a lockable, ventilated, government-owned IT equipment rack or wall-mounted communications cabinet within the dedicated space. This notice is not a solicitation and does not bind the agency in any way. If the agency opts to post a solicitation, it will only consider those bidders that are actively registered on SAM.gov at the time of issuance of the solicitation. Responses are due by 12:00 PM EDT on October 27, 2026, and should be submitted via SAM.gov, rather than via email. If your organization experiences technical issues while attempting to submit via SAM.gov, you may email Contract Specialist Steven C. Bodnar at steven.bodnar@us.af.mil and Contract Specialist Andrew C. St. Maurice at andrew.st_maurice@us.af.mil.

Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
