What the notice says

Consideration of this award will be limited to A-P-T Research, Inc. (APT), the developer and owner of the Institute of Makers of Explosives Safety Analysis for Risk (IMESAFR) quantitative risk assessment software under the GSA MAS 47QRAA21D0040. ATF currently uses the software to evaluate risk posed to the public from explosives storage sites throughout the United States. The purpose of this effort is to obtain support and technical expertise for ATF explosives testing and related technical meetings as they relate to the proprietary IMESAFR software. Data from explosives tests conducted by ATF… (show all)

are used to create and/or improve algorithms and models within IMESAFR, thereby ensuring more accurate evaluations of risk to the public from explosives operations.

Value counts new single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling (same contract, or the same office, day and amount); that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Contract modifications are not new awards and are not added in either. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings.

Companies are matched to tickers by exact name, including the subsidiaries a company lists in its SEC filings. A company we could not match shows no market rows; that is a miss, not a finding.
