, Lower Colorado Region, Multi-Species Conservation Program (LCR MSCP) has a requirement to design and install a passive integrated transponder (PIT) tag scanner system to monitor endangered razorback sucker (fish) at a site, consisting of six constructed backwater ponds on Imperial National Wildlife Refuge (INWR). We need the new system at Imperial Ponds Conservation Area to be compatible with the tag frequencies currently in use and the Biomark web portal, in use at other sites, so that fish population monitoring data can be compared between sites. The proposed action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authorities of FAR 13.501 and 6.302-1. The NAICS for this action 334220 entitled Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, which has a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. Value counts new single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling (same contract, or the same office, day and amount); that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Contract modifications are not new awards and are not added in either. Notices whose amount is a placeholder such as $999,999,999 are not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings.

Companies are matched to tickers by exact name, including the subsidiaries a company lists in its SEC filings. A company we could not match shows no market rows; that is a miss, not a finding.
