The Navy is now utilizing the Solicitation Portal within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) as an enterprise solution for soliciting and receiving proposals. Also, switched the Advance Notice/Sources Sought from SeaPort Opportunities to PIEE-SOL/SAM.gov. 06 October 2026 - Due to a change in contracting strategy to comply with Executive Order 14402 (EO 14402), the Government is revising the anticipated contract type to be a hybrid Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Level of Effort (LOE) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Order. As a result of this change, all interested vendors must submit a capability statement, even if one was previously submitted. Responses must be received no later than NOON EST on 16 October 2026 via e-mail to brooke.n.lindner.civ@us.navy.mil.
