What the notice says
The U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) requires detailed investigation into the performance, flight dynamics, structural loads, and stability of a Propeller-Driven Rotor (PDR) system. Phase I demonstrated the basic feasibility of controlling a PDR simulation model. However, the aircraft response showed a damped, oscillatory response which warrants further enhancement of the PDR flight controller. This Phase IIA effort will mature the flight control system, explore hardware-in-the-loop simulation, and provide general support to NSWC personnel. This project serves as a continuation of Phas… (show all)

Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
