What the notice says

ast under precisely controlled conditions, including timing, volume, and rate of injection. The specialized contrast injection system is integrated into the existing CT system and communicates with the CT scanner to initiate the CT scans, coordinating the sequences and ensuring correct timing. The current system is the same as that which is in use in the Clinical Department, Radiology and Imaging Sciences. The existing system is at its end of life. Service will no longer be available. This request is for a replacement injector by the same manufacturer. The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 253(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. All responsible sources that could provide the required may submit a capability statement that will be considered by email (subject line to reference NOI-CC-OLAO-26-009364) by 12:00 PM eastern standard time on 09/26/2026 to: valerie.gregorio@nih.gov. Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.

Investor context
  • $BRKR reported $3.0B revenue in FY2025. The median single-winner award in these 27 past awards, $56K, is under 0.1% of that. 10-K

One award's total value against one year of revenue; many awards are paid over several years.

Latest awards

Materiality: one award's value as a share of the winner's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings (or its last fiscal year, as noted when you point at it). Low under 1%, Medium 1 to 5%, High 5% or more. Many awards are paid over several years, so this overstates a single year's share.
