The Contractor shall provide a… (show all)

n existing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software solution, including all necessary licenses, updates, training, and technical support. The software shall provide a comprehensive toolset for managing TDL platform specifications, conducting interoperability analysis, and supporting mission planning across the TDL enterprise. The TDL software solution must meet all requirements as listed in the Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement.

Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in.
